Question by Sweet Pinki: Do you think adultery and infidelity are very clearly defined.?
I am helping one my friend with divorce as her husband is cheat. But the definitions and proofs to be given for infidelity are very confusing. Also quite tough to get proofs although we know her husband is cheat. Any suggestions ? Btw – My friend wants to fight this case in Indian courts.

  1. Grandpa says:

The legal definition is quite precise and nearly impossible to prove without a confession of witnesses.

  2. Marilyn says:

adultery is infidelity, hire a private investigator.

  4. Josh Alfred says:

Haha, I bet lawyers just love having to deal with these things called “cheaters,” and “adulators” big profit equals big business. Yes, they are clearly defined. Have sex with some in marriage that isn’t your spouse, “cheater!” Now go pay for a divorce, and get a judge to handle things, because people can’t figure out things themselves. Lmfao. The proofs? Well, those can be iffy. No proof, or declaration, means it never happened to some. I am sure she will figure things out, and the court may be of some assistance.
