Adultery is grounds for a no contest divorce. HOWEVER, the adulterer must admit the act or it must be proven (to some degree) by the Petitioner.

Some places still have it such that it is also grounds for alimony or an unequal division of marital property in favour of the faithful one but most places now expect you to be self supporting no matter the factors of your marital breakdown.
